SoftStrings Yarn Designs Return Policy

Thanks for Shopping with SoftStrings Yarn Designs.

 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

 

Returns-

You have 15 calendar days to return item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must also be in the original packaging. You will also need to have the receipt or proof of purchase. No returns on digital items or custom orders.

 

Refunds-

Once we receive your item, we will inspect the item and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspection.

If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original proof of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

 

Digital Items-

Because of the nature of the product, there will be no returns on digital items from the store.

Custom Orders-

There are no returns on custom orders. Payment will be made before delivery. A cost sheet will be sent to our valued customer before payment is due. Once they agree to pricing and conditions of item made, there will be no cancellations or refunds of product.

 

Shipping-

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs in regards to returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
